Our Story

Ed Robinson, Founder and CEO, comes from a family of career service personnel. He began serving his country in 1989, when he joined the U.S. Army, and served nearly 17 years, including four combat tours. Ed spent most of his career in long-range reconnaissance and led a sniper team during his last tour in the Middle East.

Ed’s military training taught him to excel in impossible conditions where the stakes are high and variables are always changing.  On account of his discipline, focus and resolve, Ed learned to see beyond the chaos and around corners to successfully reach his objective.  This skillset has served him well as a business leader.

Upon leaving the Army, Ed advanced along a diverse career path in finance, strategic marketing, business development, analytics, and operations.  This board insight allows him to better understand the challenges all areas of a business experience and gives him the ability to lead the entirety of an organization.  In addition to leading Fortune 500 companies through complex market situations, he has served as an entrepreneur and small-business owner giving him a unique perspective that not many others can replicate.
